If it weren’t for ingredient scarcity, I may have never known about the beauty of 100% base malt beer. Standard “pale malt” and your favorite hop. What a novel idea! I’ve brewed this with Citra too and substituted with White Labs 007 Dry English Ale Yeast. Each time the beer has been superb! Open up your freezer, fridge and cabinets and see what you have to play around with.
